Shipping

Hooray! You are now the proud owner of a pair of Izakhi leggings.

We cannot wait for you to have the Izakhi experience.

  • You will receive an order tracking link on email after you place your order
  • It takes approximately 24 hours after order confirmation to ship your product and 2-5 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on your location
  • Our customer care representative will be in touch with you every step of the way with delivery updates

Returns & Exchange

If you wish to exchange the product because of fit reasons, quality issues, product damage or simply because the product did not live up to your expectations we are happy to find you a resolution.

  • Email us on hello@izakhi.com and our customer care representative will call you at the earliest to resolve your issue
  • Please mention your name, email/phone number and the order ID when you write to us
  • Please send the product(s) back to us in its original condition with the tags on
  • All returns and exchanges should be made within seven days

Disclaimer:
While our shipping is free we do not offer returns at this time. In the unlikely event of a fit issue or a product defect we are happy to exchange the product for you. However, you will need to courier the product back to us. Please email hello@izakhi.com for details on returns.

Refunds & Cancellation

We do not have the option of a refund at this time but we are happy to exchange your product in the case of a fit issue or a default product. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
